The client started pushing for customer acquisition in 2016 and had already seen aggressive growth over the last 18 months there was an ambition to be the category leader within 12 months.
After seeing aggressive growth for 18 months based on organic growth and ‘light touch’ activation of acquisition media channels, the client presented the challenge – Audit the full media mix, construct and activate a full funnel strategy across suggested channels to become the category leader within 18 months.
Finding the right media partner with the depth of channel knowledge and expertise to execute strategy effectively to increase acquisition was essential.
Extensive research into behaviours, motivations, demographics into the customer base was carried out as the first stage.
Secondly the current media mix was audited and assessed.
