We consult and advise our clients on how to best reach their audiences, the channels to use and how to use them. We have a robust planning framework in place to fully understand their business, their audience, market and competitors.
Our range of services is broad and our specialisms span across performance digital such as PPC, SEO, Paid Social and Affiliates, as well as upper funnel brand communication channels such as TV, Radio, Print and Out of Home. We have great relationships in place with all major UK media owners and partner with a number of other specialist agencies to deliver best in class media planning and buying for our clients. We have access to a range of industry tools and insight to help us.
We are looking for someone with client services and digital marketing experience.
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years+ experience, in a client facing role and experience of planning media campaigns in both digital and offline environments.
The role will involve liaising with clients on activity across the following channels:
• Digital channels: Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Display advertising and video
• Offline channels: Radio, TV, Print and OOH (experience desirable but not essential)
• Reporting: Google Analytics, Facebook Business platforms, tracking and tagging technologies (experience desirable but not essential)
The ideal candidate will be literate and numerate with a high attention to detail, confident and enthusiastic.

Develop relationships with key clients and build confidence.
Keep clients up to date on campaign performance.
Own client accounts, weekly reports, status meetings.
Provide clients with useful insight relevant to their business, anything from Google Analytics insights to industry news.
Identify opportunities for clients, new channels, new ideas etc. Proactively look to improve and develop their media and marketing strategy.
Work collaboratively with clients, agency partners and the internal team to deliver innovative and best in class media planning and activation.
Responding on client briefs, developing campaign strategies by using tools and insight at your disposal.
Delivering end to end campaign management for clients, from taking a brief, planning, activating and reporting and ensure all involved are managed and kept up to date.
Ensuring a smooth process is delivered and develop ways of working with clients and partners.
Running the day to day relationship and communication with your clients and keeping them up date.
